BeforeAfterYou is a marketplace platform that connects professionals in beauty, health, and personal care with users. The Platform allows service providers to showcase their profiles, manage appointments, and enables users to find suitable service providers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our Platform. Account creation conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You cannot transfer your account to another person
• Creating multiple accounts is prohibited

4. Provider Accounts

Additional conditions for users registering as service providers:

• You must hold valid professional licenses or certifications
• You are obligated to provide accurate information about your services
• Pricing must be transparent and up-to-date
• Patient/client consent must be obtained for before-after photos
• All local laws and professional standards must be followed

5. Bookings & Appointments

The following rules apply to appointments and bookings made through the Platform:

• Appointments are determined based on the service provider availability
• Cancellation and modification policies are set by each service provider
• It is the user responsibility to arrive on time for appointments
• The Platform acts as an intermediary between service providers and users
• Ultimate responsibility for service quality lies with the service provider

6. Payments & Refunds

Our payment and refund policy:

• Payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure
• Prices are set by service providers
• The Platform may charge a commission per service
• Refund requests are evaluated in accordance with the cancellation policy
• In case of disputes, the Platform may mediate
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method

7. Reviews

Rules for leaving reviews on the Platform:

• You can only leave reviews for services you have received
• Reviews must be honest, fair, and fact-based
• Insults, hate speech, or fake reviews are prohibited
• The Platform reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews
• Service providers can respond to reviews

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, and technologies on the Platform are the intellectual property of Eibis Technology. Users represent that they have the necessary rights for content they upload. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of content on the Platform is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeforeAfterYou operates as a marketplace platform:

• The Platform is not directly responsible for services provided by service providers
• Medical outcomes or treatment guarantees are not provided
• The Platform has limited liability for damages caused by technical issues
• The Platform assumes a mediator role in disputes between users
• No liability is accepted for service interruptions due to force majeure

10. Termination

Account termination conditions:

• You can close your account at any time
• Your account may be suspended or terminated for violating terms of service
• Ongoing obligations (payments, etc.) remain valid after termination
• The Platform reserves the right to discontinue service for any reason

11. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for disputes related to consumer rights.
